Terms of Service

By accessing or using nexra-ai.co, the NeXra Prompts Library, Studio, App Store, or any subscription plan (Free, Coding, Pro, Enterprise, SME), you agree to these Terms.

NeXra is an AI-driven multi-tenant e-commerce SaaS platform offering AI agents, content creation tools (Studio), a curated Prompts Library, an App Store, and full e-commerce features.

• You retain ownership of prompts you submit. By submitting, you grant NeXra a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, redistribute, and adapt your prompt within the platform.
• Prompts in the Library originate from open-source repositories (MIT/CC BY 4.0) — original attribution preserved per source license.
• Generated images/videos via Studio are yours to use. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You agree NOT to use NeXra for:

• Illegal content, harassment, or hate speech.
• Generating CSAM, deepfakes, or deceptive content.
• Attempting to compromise security, scrape at scale, or bypass rate limits.
• Reselling NeXra services without authorization.

• Paid plans (Coding RM 49, Pro RM 89, Enterprise RM 299, SME RM 999) are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues to billing period end.
• Studio Credit resets every 30 days from your subscription date and does NOT roll over. Extra Credit purchased separately never expires.
• Pro 30-day trial converts to paid only with explicit confirmation. Without payment, account auto-downgrades to Free at trial end.

• App authors receive 70% of net revenue. NeXra retains 30%.
• Payouts processed via Billplz / ToyyibPay monthly, minimum threshold RM 100.

The NeXra brand, software, and original content are owned by NeXra. Open-source dependencies (Next.js, React, Tailwind, lucide-react, etc.) retain their respective licenses.

NeXra is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-generated content may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeXra is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account anytime; data is retained for 30 days then deleted (subject to legal retention requirements).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes resolved in Selangor courts.
